I think the middle of the top row would be the best border and give the eye a place to rest. I actually like the top left best for the backing.

Lookin good Dallas. Without seeing it in person my two cents worth are:

Border: one of the “bouqet” fabrics (top row middle, or one of the outer fabrics on the bottom row)

Binding: Lime green for some Zip!

Backing: blue flowers with circles (top left).

Of the choices I would say top middle (mostly white with flowers). The midddle of the quilt is quite busy, so a nice clean border would frame it nicely.
