This weekend, our friend Bill came to visit. We met Bill in Indiana, but now he’s in the Navy. He kept us very busy this weekend.
The weekend started out with Jane’s Birthday dinner at some posh place downtown. After eating very tiny, fancy meals, we headed back to Jane’s to hang out for a bit. Photos are on Flickr: Jane’s Birthday (18 photos)
On Saturday, we met up with Nui to hike up Stone Mountain. She hikes it daily, so she had to take a lot of breaks to let us catch up. Afterward, we picked up her husband, and went for Thai food. Nui is from Thailand, so she gave us some great recommendations. We ordered several dishes and shared. That night, we got Krystal’s to go and played Wii at home. This morning, I woke up to sausage frying smells. Bill made us biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. He can come visit again anytime. :) We headed out to Big Creek Park with our bikes and rode 12 miles, and then went to Ikea for dinner. These photos were from the top of Stone Mountain. That’s Bill, Me, Nui, and then Thomas. Thomas asks people to jump before taking photos to get them to look more relaxed than posed. I enjoyed taking photos of them mid-air.

Oh, I intend to take you up on your offer :-p
That looks like fun! I like your mid-jump catches. :)
most of my memories of Georgia revolve around stone mountain (taking visitors there) and the laser light shows. Thanks for that little memory lane visit.
